Some people get very disappointed when new faces replace old faces of a new and continuous movie. To tell you the truth, I was use to the old guy that played Spiderman named Tobey Marguire. He was just right and had the right look and actions as Peter Parker. Toby played a shy and humble playful character. He really brought the character to life from Marvel Comics.

Now we are going to see someone else play Spiderman. He is a new guy named Andrew Garfield. I don't know how well he's going to do. If the next Spidey movie is going to be good, we may get use to seeing his face as the movie roles along. Then that's when he might quit on us too. I hope that he doesn't if there are going to be continuous movies of Spiderman which most people love to see.

Enter the Dragon

As I watched the movie Enter the Dragon starring Bruce Lee, I learned something. In the movie, you could hear Bruce Lee thinking: The enemy has only images and illusions behind which he hides his true motives. Destroy the image and you will break the enemy. Well, that's what Bruce Lee did in the movie.

Bruce Lee went behind a mirror into a wall of mirrors. He was trying to find his enemy and his enemy was right there. Trying to find his enemy was like a maze. The mirrors were tricky. Bruce Lee got angry and broke the mirrors and finally defeated his enemy.

We can do the same thing in real life. We can defeat the enemy in children's nightmares at night teaching them to pray and how to fight in their dreams. We can defeat the enemy by not being afraid of jealous demons and keep on keeping on in life no matter what they say or do. If we stand up and be strong, we can destroy the enemy's image and power. If we do not serve and worship what is evil, the enemy does not have power.

I really love this commercial by values.com. It is about being honest. I remember those school days when it was hard not to cheat. Teacher's failed you in a heart beat. Sometimes they did not test you on what you studied. You felt like a fool when you didn't cheat and everybody else in the class cheated to pass their grade. Sometimes teachers told you to cheat, but they also told you that you better not get caught.

It is always good to be honest, although life seems so difficult for you to get anywhere without lying.

Disney's Princess and the Frog

There was a lessoned learned in Disney’s Princess and the Frog. The lesson that I saw in the movie for people to see was never mess with voodoo doctors. Prince Naveen and his valet Lawrence meets a voodoo doctor named Dr. Facilier. Facilier could make things look and sound good. He could make dreams come true and change it around too. However, there was a price to pay. Naveen became a frog and Lawrence became Naveen. Naveen was the man that Lawrence wanted to be.

What Happened to the Music Group, The Jets?

The Jets are a family band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. They were a group that was very popular in the 80’s singing hits like Curiosity, Crush on You, and You Got It All. The group was loved by many. I know for a fact because when I was in high school, everybody was singing their songs. My friends would come over and we would watch their videos all day long with my mom.  Have you ever wondered what happened to the music group, The Jets? Today, I wonder about them. I wonder where they are now.
