I believe that everybody's purpose in life should be God. Then everything else along with our lives will fall in place. Our careers, our goals, marriage, and anything else that you can think of. Keep in mind that God is above all.

Dolly Parton and Whitney Houston

From YouTube
I love the way Whitney Houston sung I Will Always Love You and so did Dolly Parton. I wish that they had sung the song together on television live. If they had sung the song together, I'm sure it would have brought even more attention to the song. If it was your first time hearing the song when Whitney sung it, you probably thought it was a hard song to sing. Whitney used a strong voice singing it. She heard it from Dolly and made it her own. In order to sing the song yourself, it is better to hear the original like Whitney did. It would be easier to find your voice and make the song your own. Dolly made it a lot easier for you to sing. Dolly had her way of singing it, and Whitney had her way of singing it. Combining both of their styles would have been great. You can learn from both singers. I have heard Dolly sing it so sad starting the song with feeling, but she would remove the sadness as she sung further along. She did not always sing the song the same way all of the time.

Here is where she sung it with tears in her voice.
And hear is where Whitney sings it her way. You can feel the sadness and goodbye with movie clips as she sings live.
